Agent Launch FAQ

Where:
Agent Launch is a structured onboarding program available in two tracks — New Agent Launch (12 weeks) and Experienced Agent Launch (8 weeks + 4-week PLACE Academy) — billed at $100/month per agent. Use this article to sign up agents, choose the right track, and access program resources.
Agents can be signed up for launch through this page in Our Place. Only operators and team leaders are authorized to enroll agents in Launch..
Options: Choose between New Agent Launch and Experienced Agent Launch based on the agent's experience level. New agents with no prior real estate production should be enrolled in New Agent Launch; agents with prior real estate experience should be enrolled in Experienced Agent Launch.
Default: When the agent's experience level is unspecified, enroll them in New Agent Launch. Only enroll an agent in Experienced Agent Launch if their prior real estate experience has been confirmed.

Importing Sphere: Import your agent's sphere prior to their Launch start date using the step-by-step sphere import instructions. This step applies to both New Agent Launch and Experienced Agent Launch enrollees.
Cost: Agent Launch is billed at $100 per month, per agent. New Agent Launch runs for 12 weeks (~3 months); Experienced Agent Launch runs for 12 weeks total (8-week program + 4-week PLACE Academy). Contact your account manager to confirm current pricing.
