Referral status:

You can now see the active status in the transaction page in Brivity. As a reminder, Connect is only available for a Buyer transaction. There will not be a referral option in a seller's transaction.

Status explanations from Eric Levit

  • In review, New, and Contacting typically mean no contact yet or no order yet.
  • Processing, Declined, or Completed typically mean work has been ordered, completed, or the customer told us they are not interested
  • None of their status will confirm if utility information has been sent, as they could've declined our services while still receiving utility information, and sometimes clients order a service without needing utility information
