How to Search for Partners

  • Open the Search tool from the left-hand pop-out menu of your CRM.

  • Select Partners to see three search options:

    • Area: To find partners by specific cities or regions.

    • Operator: To search by a specific person's name or email.

    • Team: To search by the Team Name or Team Owner.

2. Managing Partner Contacts

  • Once you find a partner, you can view their direct contact info and additional service areas.

  • Click Add to CRM to save their details.

  • Alternatively, add them as a user with the source "Partner Network" to message them directly with referral details.

3. How to show up in "Area" searches. How to add "service areas" to your profile.

  • Go to Account -> Open your Profile and edit user details. Scroll down to just under your licensing info to find "service areas". The areas listed here will populate in Brivity CRM partner search and the PLACE partner app.
