# How can I search for referrals, and how can I add a service area? How do I find another Operator or team?

## Search for referrals. PLACE partner app, and adding service areas

**1. How to Search for Partners**

- Open the **Search** tool from the left-hand pop-out menu of PLACE CRM.
- Select **Partners** to see three search options:
  
    - **Area:** To find partners by specific cities or regions.
    - **Operator:** To search by a specific person's name or email.
    - **Team:** To search by the Team Name or Team Owner.

**2. Managing Partner Contacts**

- Once you find a partner, you can view their direct contact information and service areas. To save or contact them, choose one of the following options: 
  
    1. Click **Add to CRM** to save their details.
    2. Add them as a user by navigating to the contact record, selecting **Add User**, and setting the source to **Partner Network**. This allows you to message them directly with referral details.

**3. How to Add Service Areas to Your Profile**

- Go to **Account** \> **Profile**. 
  
    1. Edit your profile details and scroll down to just below your licensing information.
    2. Locate the **Service areas** field and add the relevant cities or regions.
    3. The locations you add will appear in the PLACE CRM Partner Search and the PLACE Partner App.
