# How do I find contacts who have viewed my website, Listing Alerts, or Market Reports?
## Use filters in Brivity’s People or Leads index to find contacts with recent website or Market Report activity. For Listing Alerts, combine the Listing Alerts filter with recent website activity, then review the contact’s profile to see which listings they viewed.
### **Use the People or Leads index, then open Filters. You can build separate saved filters for each engagement type:**
### **Website Vistors:**
1. Set **Last Website Visit** to the timeframe you want, such as *Last 7 Days* or *Last 30 Days*.
2. Optional: add **Has Phone Number** and **Has Not Received a Call** in the same timeframe to create a clean call list.
3. Sort the results by the **Last Visit** column, newest first.
4. Click the teal activity number beside a contact’s last visit to see properties they viewed or favorited.
### **Listing Alert engagement**
1. Filter for contacts with **Listing Alerts** if you want to focus on people receiving alerts.
2. Review each contact’s profile and web activity to see what listings they’ve been viewing. Listing Alerts are designed to drive contacts back to your website, so their website activity is the best place to identify engagement. 3. You can combine this with **Last Website Visit** to find alert recipients who have recently returned to your site
### **Market Report viewers**
1. Filter for **Has Market Reports**, then use **Last Market Report View** to choose a timeframe, such as *Last 7 Days* or *Last 30 Days*.
2. In the index, sort by the **Last Viewed** column to bring the most recent Market Report viewers to the top.
3. Compare **Last Viewed** with **Last Interaction** so you can prioritize people you haven’t contacted recently.
### For a reusable website follow-up list,
1. use **All People**, exclude **Archived** and **Trash**
2. exclude **Recruit** and **Candidate** intentions
3. add **Last Website Visit: Last 30 Days**, **Has Not Received a Call: Last 30 Days**, and **Has Phone Number**.
Save it as a Smart Filter such as “Recent Website Visitors.
