# How do I manage my website roster and team profiles in Brivity?
## Add agents, feature top team members, highlight your preferred lender, and control the order your team appears on your Brivity website.
The Brivity roster page controls who appears on your team website and how they are presented. Use it to add agents, feature key team members, highlight a preferred lender, and set the display order — all directly from the CRM, without opening the Web Builder.
### Why Keep Your Roster Current?
- An accurate roster helps website visitors connect with your team and builds trust.
- It gives agents and lenders a visible place to share their role and contact details.
- Updates are made right in the CRM, so there's no need to edit the website itself.
To get started, open the [**roster page**](https://app.brivity.com/website/roster) in the **Website** section of Brivity.
### Edit an Existing Team Member
- Click **Edit** on the person's card to open their profile.
- In the **Website Info** section, update what shows on the site: their title, license number, and which phone number is displayed.
- Turn **Display on roster** on or off to show or hide them on the team page.
- Turn **Profile page** on or off to give them a dedicated bio page.
- Add or update their short bio so visitors can learn about their background and role.
- Upload or update their profile photo so visitors can put a face to the name.
**Note:** Only **Work** addresses appear on your Brivity website. To show your office or team location publicly, set the address type to **Work** in the Edit User Details window under **Contact Info**.
### Add a Team Member
#### Step 1: Choose the Profile Type
Click **Add to Roster**, then choose one of the following:
- **New Website Profile:** Adds the person to the website only. This does **not** use a CRM seat.
- **New CRM User:** Invites the person to your CRM and adds them to the website. Only account admins can add new CRM users.
#### Step 2: Enter General Info
Fill in the **General** fields: first name, last name, and any other required fields shown on the form.
#### Step 3: Add Contact Info
Enter at least one email address under **Contact Info**. You can add phone numbers here too.
#### Step 4: Set Website Info
On the **Website Info** tab, choose whether the person appears on the roster and whether they get a profile page. Then set the title, license number, phone number, and short bio visitors will see.
**Note:** After completing all four steps, click **Save** to add the person to your roster. Changes won't appear on your website until you also click **Publish Changes** at the top of the page.
### Highlight Team Members
### Featured agents
- You can feature up to **four** agents.
- Drag their cards into the **Featured Agents** area, or click the **star** icon on their card.
- Featured agents appear larger and higher on the page.
- If you turn off an agent's roster display, they're also removed from the featured section.
#### Preferred Lender
- On the roster page, find the **Preferred Lender** panel and click **+Add**.
- Enter the lender's details the same way you would for an agent.
- Once saved and published, the lender's name and contact info appear on your property detail pages.
- Only one preferred lender can be active at a time.
### Organize Your Roster
- Use the **Sort on website by** menu to set the default order (for example, by last name).
- Choose **Custom** to drag cards into your own order. This is helpful for listing leadership or top performers first.
- Featured agents always appear before everyone else, no matter how the roster is sorted.
### Publish Your Changes
Roster changes stay in draft inside the CRM until you click **Publish Changes** at the top of the page. Always publish after you add or edit a team member, change featured agents, or reorder the roster, so visitors see your latest updates.
## Tips
- **Phone numbers:** To control which number shows on the website, enter it in the **Website Info** section rather than the general contact area.
- **Custom-designed websites:** If your site includes significant custom design work, some roster features (such as the featured agent or lender layout) may display differently from the standard template.
