To seamlessly onboard a new agent with PLACE, follow these critical steps to ensure immediate productivity and integration into your team's business operations.
- Begin by requesting a contract
- Create and activate a team email to support secure communications
- Add team managed email in google
- Request an email if your domain is managed by PLACE
- Add the agent to Brivity
- Invite the agent to sign into Brivity; their Brivity credentials will give them access to PLACE resources
- Apply the designated onboarding auto plans to accelerate training and engagement
- Upon adding the agent to Brivity, PLACE will:
- Share access to:
- Your Team Toolkit
- PLACE Academy
- Our PLACE intranet
- Initiate setup for CMA tools,
- Enroll the agent in both Agent Onboarding and Brivity Foundations programs
- Provide a complimentary six-month trial of Growth Day for elite coaching
- Add them to the email distribution list
- Add the Revenue Share Partner in Brivity
To complete the process, register the agent for the official launch.
