# PLACE store, Agent Store

## How to use the PLACE Agent Store, errors with the PLACE Store codes, Captcha issue on the PLACE Store, PLACE Store code showing $0, and issues with PLACE Store orders

## Using the PLACE Agent Store and resolving order issues

The PLACE Agent Store is where you order branded materials using a dedicated account that is separate from your Brivity or other PLACE credentials. For checkout problems, captcha errors, incorrect orders, or coupon code issues, use the live chat box in the bottom-right corner of the Agent Store's home page, or follow the steps in the sections below.

### How do I order from the PLACE Store?

To place an order:

1. Visit the [PLACE Agent Store](https://our.place.com/spaces/12/home/articles/resources/3289/place-store).
2. Add items to your cart.
3. Check out using a dedicated PLACE Agent Store account. This account is separate from your Brivity or other PLACE credentials — create one when prompted if you have not signed in before.

 If you encounter any problems during checkout or with your order, use the live chat box in the bottom-right corner of the Agent Store's home page. See the sections below for specific issue types.

### How do I fix captcha errors or incorrect orders?

To resolve captcha errors or incorrect orders, use the live chat box in the bottom-right corner of the Agent Store's home page — the Agent Store team can fix these issues directly. Note that the PLACE support team does not have direct access to the Agent Store's backend. Steps:

1. Use the live chat box in the bottom-right corner of the Agent Store's home page to report your issue — the Agent Store team can fix it directly.
2. If you cannot reach the Agent Store chat team, contact your PLACE support team for assistance.

### Why is my coupon code showing $0?

A coupon code shows $0 when applied before your billing and shipping addresses are validated. To fix this:

1. On the checkout screen, enter and validate your billing and shipping addresses.
2. Re-enter your coupon code after the addresses are saved.
3. If the code still shows $0, contact your PLACE support team.

### How do I get a new PLACE Store coupon code?

If you have already validated your billing and shipping addresses and re-entered your coupon code but it still does not work, contact your PLACE support team with a screenshot of the error so they can issue a replacement code.
