How do I order from the PLACE store?: Our Agent Store site can be found here. Once all the items are added to your cart and you are ready to check out, you’ll be prompted to either sign into the PLACE store account you’ve created before or be prompted to create an account. Please note this account is not tied to your Brivity or other PLACE sign-in credentials. If you’ve never signed into the PLACE store, please create the account when prompted. On the Agent Store’s home page, they have a chat box in the bottom right hand corner. You can use their chat box to let them know the error you are getting, and they can help on their back end. My coupon code is showing $0: In the checkout screen, please make sure to validate your billing and shipping address before attempting to finish the checkout. The code will not show its value without that step. You'll want to re-add the coupon once you've validated your addresses. Please let us know if you’ve already tried this step with no success.
