Password Errors
Users who have issues with Passwords have a couple different things to check in order to resolve, use the guide below to determine what path is needed.
Brivity password: If you cannot log in to your Brivity account, we can create a temporary password for you. Please note this will update your password for Brivity, Our Place, Place Academy, and the Brivity Go App. If that is okay with you, our team can send you a reset link.
Our Place password: Your Our Place password is tied to your Brivity CRM password through our single sign on. If you cannot log into your Our Place account using your Brivity CRM password, please double check that password can still get you into Brivity by logging out and logging back in. Double checking your password manager is updated to the most recent password for Brivity. If you are still not able to log in after this check, we can send you a password reset link which will update your password for Brivity, Our Place, Place Academy, and the Brivity Go App. If this is okay with you, our team can send you a reset link.
All password issues: Can you confirm your password manager has been updated to your most current Brivity password. If that was changed recently, that would also change your Our Place, Place Academy, and the Brivity Go App
