# PLACE Academy FAQ: access, enrollment and certificates
## How to log in to PLACE Academy, find and enroll in courses, get certificates, retake courses and view team report cards.
This FAQ covers common questions about accessing PLACE Academy, managing your courses, and finding certificates and report cards.
## How do I log in to PLACE Academy?
Use your PLACE SSO (Brivity) login. Your PLACE Academy account is created automatically when you are added as a user in Brivity.
## Where can I find the courses I'm enrolled in?
Go to your **Enrolled Courses** page at `learn.place.com/enrollments`. Courses are grouped as **In Progress**, **Not Started**, and **Completed**, so you always know where you left off.
## How do I enroll in a new course?
Visit the **PLACE Academy Course Library** at [learn.place.com](https://learn.place.com?hsLang=en). You can search, filter by category, and enroll in any course that interests you. A list of available courses is also on the **PLACE Academy Courses** page in Our PLACE.
## Why didn't I receive a certificate for completing a course?
Certificates are issued only for courses in the Certification category. If a course isn't labeled as a certification, you won't receive a certificate, but you can still revisit the content at any time.
## Where can I find the certificates I've earned?
All of your earned certificates are on the **Certificates** page in PLACE Academy, where you can view, download, or share them.
## Can I retake a course?
Yes. Once you're enrolled, you can revisit a course as often as you like. This is helpful for refreshers or for focusing on specific lessons.
## Why was I automatically enrolled in a course?
Some courses — such as onboarding and Brivity Foundations — are assigned automatically to new users to ensure you have immediate access to essential training.
## I'm an Operator or Operations Leader. How do I see my team's progress?
Open the **Report Cards** page in PLACE Academy to view your team's course completion and progress status. Note that this page is visible only to users with an Operator or Operations Leader role.
