How to fix a 403 error when accessing Our PLACE or PLACE Academy
Confirm that you’re using your Brivity credentials and launch the tool from Brivity’s App Launcher.
Troubleshooting steps
- Sign in using your Brivity credentials.
- From your Brivity screen, open the App Launcher in the top-right corner.
- Select Our PLACE or PLACE Academy from the App Launcher.
If you still receive a 403 error after completing these steps, reply to your existing support email thread and include the email address associated with your account, the tool you’re trying to access, and a screenshot of the error.
