I keep getting a 403 error when logging into Our Place or Place Academy

Please make sure you are using your Brivity login credentials when trying to access Our Place and Place Academy. If you are not using the App Launcher to open Our Place or Place Academy, I recommend using that. You can find it in the top right-hand corner of your Brivity screen.
