# I’m having trouble with the ‘My Team’ tab in Our PLACE.

## Cannot access "My Team" button in Our Place. The "My Team" button within Our Place is where your teams toolkit should be linked. This is something all users can edit within their Our Place profile.

# Troubleshooting the "My Team" button in Our Place

If the "My Team" button in Our Place isn't working, the most common cause is a missing or incorrect Team Toolkit link in your Our Place profile settings. Updating that field and saving your profile resolves the issue in most cases.

## What does the "My Team" button do?

The **My Team** button in Our Place links to your team's toolkit. Any user can edit this link directly from their Our Place profile settings.

## How do I fix the "My Team" button?

1. **Check your profile settings:** Verify that the **Team Toolkit** field in your Our Place profile settings contains your team's toolkit link.
2. **Update the Team Toolkit field:** If the field is empty or contains an incorrect link, enter your team's toolkit URL, click **Save**, and refresh the page.
3. **Still not working?** If the "My Team" button still isn't working after completing the steps above, please contact support so we can assist you.
