How will my agent get access to Landvoice? Where can I get Landvoice training?
Landvoice Access, Neighborhood Search, and Support
Standard Landvoice Integration
Landvoice has integrated its FSBOs (For Sale By Owner), Pre-Foreclosures, and Expired listings directly into Brivity. These leads are automatically added for every PLACE agent and can be found under the Opportunities tab. If you are looking to use Landvoice's Neighborhood Search, or need help with your Landvoice account, follow the steps below.
- Where to find them: Log into Brivity and navigate to the Opportunities tab.
How Do I Get Landvoice Access?
As a PLACE team member, your standard Landvoice integration — including FSBOs, Pre-Foreclosures, and Expired listings — is automatically activated within your Brivity CRM. No action is required on your part.
- Additional data: To access additional Landvoice data or features directly from the Landvoice site — such as Neighborhood Search — create a Landvoice account by completing this registration form.
How Do I Access Neighborhood Search?
- Sign Up: Create your Landvoice account by filling out this registration form.
Important: You must register using the exact same email address you use to log into Brivity. Using a different email address will prevent your accounts from linking correctly.
- Log In: Once your account is created, you can log into the Landvoice Portal here to access Neighborhood Search.
- If you need additional search credits within Landvoice, contact the Landvoice support team directly at support@landvoice.com or 888-678-0905 to have more added. Credits automatically refill each month.
Resetting Your Landvoice Password
- To reset your Landvoice password, visit the Landvoice password reset page and follow the on-screen instructions. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
