How do I access Landvoice features in Brivity?

What does the standard Landvoice integration include?

The standard Landvoice integration automatically adds three lead types to every PLACE agent's Brivity CRM — no setup required: - **FSBOs** (For Sale By Owner) - **Pre-Foreclosures** - **Expired Listings** To find these leads, log in to Brivity and go to the **Opportunities** tab.

How Do I Get Landvoice Access?

As a PLACE agent, your standard Landvoice integration — including FSBOs, Pre-Foreclosures, and Expired listings — is automatically activated within your Brivity CRM. No action is required to enable this integration.

  • Additional data: To access additional Landvoice features — such as Neighborhood Search — create a separate Landvoice account by completing the registration form. Important: Use the same email address as your Brivity login to ensure the accounts link correctly.

How Do I Access Neighborhood Search?

  1. Sign up: Create your Landvoice account by filling out this registration form using the same email address as your Brivity login.
  2. Confirm your account: After submitting the form, check your inbox for a confirmation email from Landvoice. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Follow the instructions in that email to activate your account and set your password.
  3. Log in: Once your account is activated, log into the Landvoice Portal to access Neighborhood Search.

Search credits refill automatically each month. If you need additional search credits, contact the Landvoice support team at support@landvoice.com or 888-678-0905.

How do I reset my Landvoice password?

To reset your Landvoice password, visit the Landvoice password reset page, enter your registered email address, and follow the on-screen instructions. A reset link will be sent to your inbox.
