PLACE Luxury listings are supported by tiered resources and marketing features based on listing price. Listings at $2.5M and above qualify for social, email, and design support; listings at $5M and above also receive PR support. Price thresholds are subject to change — contact design@place.com to confirm current eligibility. Submit your listing to PLACE Portfolio using the submission form and allow up to 5 business days for review.

What marketing features are available for PLACE Luxury listings by price tier?

Marketing features are assigned by listing price tier as follows:

  • Social & Email Feature: Available for listings priced at $2.5M and above.
  • Social, Email & PR Support: Available for listings priced at $5M and above.
  • Landing Page & Visual Designs (optional): Available for listings priced at $2.5M and above.

Price thresholds are subject to change. Contact design@place.com to confirm current eligibility criteria. Portfolio features are not guaranteed by price alone. Off-market properties are not eligible. Additional eligibility criteria may apply, including professional photography and a minimum days-on-market requirement.

What options are available for listings below $2.5 million?

Listings below $2.5M are not eligible for PLACE Luxury tier features, but two dedicated tools are available: the Exclusive Listings tool and the PLACE Luzia Bundle in Marketer. Contact design@place.com to verify the current minimum threshold.
