Guidelines for Listings Priced Over $2.5 Million
- Social & Email Feature: Listings $2.5M+
- Social, Email & PR Support: Listings $5M+
- (Optional) Landing Page & Visual Designs: Listings $2.5M+
- Note: Portfolio Features are not guaranteed based on price alone. (We do not feature off-market properties.)
For Listings Below $2.5 Million
For listings below $2.5M, we recommend:
- Utilizing the Exclusive Listings tool to create an upgraded listing page.
- Utilizing the Luzia Bundle in Marketer for a cohesive marketing suite.
