Operations Onboarding
BEFORE a user can be fully onboarded internally under the Ops Admin position, our internal SOP states that onboarding cannot continue unless we have received a Signed Offer Letter from HR (individuals in this position are typically W2 employees). If a user is added under the Ops Admin position, has no signed offer letter, but has a signed ICA, then they will be onboarded as if an agent.
When an Operations team member is onboarded, they will automatically be enrolled in the Ops Onboarding course and Brivity Foundations in PLACE Academy.
If a team member is newly added to the role, or for any other reason wants to get added to the course, the user should email support@place.com
Internally - we should slack the Pod's VA to enroll the user.
