What are the next steps after suspending a user?

After suspending a user, your next action depends on whether the team member is returning. If they are not returning, archive the user and complete the full offboarding process. If they may return, no further action is needed beyond the suspension.

If the team member is returning

• Keep the user suspended until they are ready to rejoin.
• When they return, reactivate the user in your account settings to restore their access to Brivity and any associated PLACE tools and benefits.

If the team member is not returning

If the team member is not returning, archive the user. Archiving stops their access to PLACE tools and benefits, if enrolled.

1. Archive the user following the steps in Archive users in your account.
2. Complete the full offboarding process using the Agent Offboarding guide.
