AreaPro Overview and Management
What AreaPro Does
- AreaPro is a tool that provides easy-to-understand market statistics for leads' addresses, accessible through Brivity.
- AreaPro Insights appear in Brivity on the lead's profile page. Agents see market stats on the left side if they have access.
Account & Seats
- PLACE Teams receive 25 complimentary seats in their AreaPro account, and team leaders or admins can increase the plan size at no charge via Settings -> Subscription.
- Teams can manually add members using the "Invite Users" function.
- Adding a team member to Brivity does not automatically sign them up for AreaPro; it only ties login credentials via email.
Offboarding
- To offboard users from AreaPro, archive them in your CRM. Removal from AreaPro may take up to 2 business days.
