How to Initiate Agent Onboarding After an Agreement Is Signed
Learn what steps to take after a new agent signs their PLACE agreement, including team email setup, Brivity access, onboarding auto plans, and Agent Launch.
What is the process to initiate onboarding once an agent has signed their agreement with PLACE?
If an agent has already signed their agreement with PLACE, begin with Step 2 of the Agent Onboarding process.
Complete the following steps in order:
- Create and activate the agent's team email.
- Add the agent to Brivity.
- Apply the appropriate onboarding auto plans for the agent.
What happens after an agent is added to Brivity?
After the agent is added to Brivity, PLACE will:
- Provide access to the team's toolkit, PLACE Academy, and Our PLACE.
- Reach out to set up Brivity CMA.
- Enroll the agent in Agent Onboarding and Brivity Foundations.
- Sign the agent up for a six-month free trial of GrowthDay.
- Add the agent to the PLACE email distribution list.
- Add the agent's Revenue Partner in Brivity. If no Revenue Partner applies, this step can be skipped.
Does the agent need an active real estate license?
Depending on state regulations, some onboarding activities may be restricted until the agent has an active real estate license. If the agent does not yet have an active license, proceed with all other onboarding steps and revisit the restricted activities once the license is confirmed.
An agent may not be able to access or participate in:
- Brivity CMA
- Agent Launch
What happens next?
After completing the initial onboarding steps, register the agent for Agent Launch.
