Offboarding Steps
To begin offboarding your agent, here are the steps to take.
- Trigger: Once the team member is moved to archived in Brivity, that begins our internal offboarding process to remove access to PLACE tools and benefits.
- Note: Suspending the user will not remove access to PLACE tools.
