To begin offboarding your agent, here are the steps to take. 

Once the team member is moved to archived in Brivity, that begins our internal offboarding process to remove access to PLACE tools and benefits.

Please note, that suspending the user will not remove access to PLACE tools. If you have a question about the difference between archiving and suspending, please review this Brivity article.
